Ganesh Kohli is a teacher and counselor who has founded, nurtured and led multiple education-focused organizations over the past 20 years. An engineer by education, Ganesh started his career teaching Mathematics besides helping families find the best-fit education globally. His journey has led him to visit over 450 colleges and universities, present workshops at 300+ high schools, help 4,000+ students with their higher education decisions and present at numerous global conferences. In 2015, Ganesh stepped back from active involvement in his entrepreneurial ventures to drive initiatives that will have social impact. He supports The Aha Movement and Soul Science Foundation to bring meditation and mindfulness in everyday life. He has also simultaneously envisioned the IC3 movement to impact 175,000 high schools over the next 15 years. Serving as the Chair of IC3, Ganesh has helped build a platform that is providing much-needed focus on career and college counselling within high schools. The IC3 movement now attracts leaders from 500+ educational institutions to its annual conference, has 30 regional events across Asia and supports free education for school teachers to become trained career and college counselors.
Dr. Barry Craig

Dr. Barry Craig holds a BA from the University of Kings College, an MA from Dalhousie University and a PhD from the University of Wales. He has extensive experience in curriculum, program and policy development, and has published several books. He was co-chair of the Congress for the Humanities and Social Sciences in 2011 and has received numerous awards for both his teaching and research. Dr. Craig has served on numerous government commissions and task forces and is the recipient of the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal. Dr. Craig’s new vision for Huron, Leadership with Heart, sets an exciting course for future growth and distinguishes Huron University from other Canadian universities.
Dr. John Wilkerson

John Wilkerson is Director International Admissions at Indiana University. He has previously held the same position at the University of Missouri, and served as Director of Admissions for Columbia College in Missouri. Wilkerson holds degrees in counseling psychology and education and is pursuing doctoral studies in global education policy. He serves in various leadership roles with NAFSA: The Association of International Educators, the International Association of College Admissions Counselors, and the Council of International Schools.
Mr. Milan Gandhi

Milan Gandhi is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of management experience in Asia, Europe and North America. He has held senior positions with public and private corporations as Chief Financial Officer/Chief Operating Officer and led business transformation processes. A Chartered Accountant by profession, Milan has helped companies grow with profitable operations and established industry best practices. Milan has also earned CISA and played key role in implementation of world class ERP systems, Oracle and SAP. He has worked with few of India's reputed multinationals including Arvind Mills and Welspun. Milan has been active in the NFP world and other social causes. He is a regular donor and currently serves on the board of Alzheimer Association's New York chapter. Milan lives in Forest Hills, NY with his wife and two sons. He is an avid sports fan particularly basketball, tennis, and cricket. Milan enjoys travel, meditation and philosophical debates. A strong believer of “Karma”, Milan loves to spend time with family, friends and entrepreneurs.
Dr. George Blumenthal

George Blumenthal is Director of UC Berkeley’s Center for Studies in Higher Education. Previously, Blumenthal was Chancellor of UC Santa Cruz, where he increased enrollment of first generation and minority students and improved UCSC’s research profile, culminating in membership in the prestigious American Association of Universities. As an astrophysicist, Blumenthal contributed to our understanding dark matter and the origin of structure in the universe. He co-authored two textbooks, “21st Century Astronomy” and “Understanding Our Universe.” Blumenthal has chaired his department and the UC Academic Senate and was the faculty representative to the UC Regents. Blumenthal serves on several governing boards, including the California Association for Research in Astronomy, the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine, and the American University of Armenia.

Daniela Kaisth is Founder and President of Gratias Partners, a philanthropy advisory firm that enables donors to give more effectively and non-profits to launch new initiatives through collaboration and high-impact philanthropy. She has over 25 years of experience launching programs globally, raising over $100 million in philanthropic funds and $1 billion in program funds. She currently manages a family foundation in New York, a funders collaborative in the British Virgin Islands, and a public-private partnership to rescue threatened scholars in Germany. She also consults for higher education institutions, foundations, and non-profits in Benin, Bhutan, India, the Netherlands, and the United States. From 2005 to 2015, Daniela was a Vice President at the Institute of International Education (IIE), leading development, communications, and programs to assist threatened scholars and artists and refugee students. She has an M.A. from Carleton University, a Diploma from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and a B.A. from The Johns Hopkins University, where she graduated Phi Beta Kappa. She serves on the boards or advisory councils of Princeton in Africa, The Johns Hopkins University, SAIS, Ben’s Lighthouse, and EngageAsia.
Mr. Swaraj Nandan

As KIC UnivAssist Director and co-founder, Swaraj Nandan leads UnivAssist’s U.S. office and its engagement with 170+ U.S. universities. Over the years, Swaraj's work experience with multinationals has spanned multiple industries and countries and this international experience has helped UnivAssist grow its global footprint to 35+ countries. A familiar face on the conference circuit, Swaraj has presented at NAFSA national conferences, all 11 NAFSA regional conferences, AIEA, International ACAC, NYGAP, SACAC and IC3 conferences. Swaraj also served on the Board of Directors of Lend-A-Hand India, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing vocational education and training in rural India. Swaraj holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from S.P. Jain Institute of Management and an M.S. in Business from University of Maryland, College Park.
Dr. Sunder Ramaswamy

Sunder Ramaswamy is a professional economist, an educator, and an academic administrator with extensive experience both in India and the United States. He is currently the Vice-Chancellor of Krea University, an exciting new university initiative. He is on leave from Middlebury College, one of the top-ranked liberal arts institutions in the US, where he is a Distinguished College Professor of International Economics. From 2009 – 2015, he was the President of the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey, California (MIIS); He has been a faculty & administrator at Middlebury since 1990 and has had sabbaticals at the World Bank, Vanderbilt University, IFMR, & the Madras School of Economics (including 2 stints as Director). He has co-authored and co-edited 4 books, written scores of articles, and delivered over 175 lectures all over the world on Globalization, Economic Development, Indian Economic Reforms, and Economic Literacy; His research has been supported by Ford Foundation, SW Davis Foundation, and USAID. He has also been a consultant to UNCTAD, UNIDO, UNU, and the World Bank. His passion for teaching, his academic work, and his administrative accomplishments have been recognized with numerous honors and awards both in India and in the United States.
Mr. Manit Jain

As the co-founder of the Heritage Group of Schools, Manit has championed the cause of experiential learning, launching it successfully in the mainstream environment. He is driven by the cause of real and humane education and continues to advocate and address the need for re-imagining schools. He co- chairs FICCI’s school education arm in India. Manit continues to found new ventures like ‘I am a Teacher’, a Post-graduate diploma in learning and teaching that is changing the paradigm of Teaching in India and it now runs its second center at the American School of Bombay. He holds a master’s degree in Education from Harvard University.

Dr. Shalini Advani

Shalini Advani is founding Director of Pathways School Noida, one of India’s most highly ranked IB schools. Previously she has been Principal of the British School, New Delhi and Director Education of Learn Today. She has advised on the setup of new schools and conducted multiple teacher trainings. She has been a presenter at the Salzburg Global Seminar, the IB Asia Pacific Conference 2015, the IC3 Conference on Career Counselling and the EdTech Review 2016. Vineet Gupta graduated from IIT Delhi in 1991 in Mechanical Engineering and is a first-generation entrepreneur. Vineet is a Founder and Trustee of Ashoka University. Vineet has been involved with the Ashoka effort since 2007 when a few friends came together with the idea of setting up a high-quality university in India. Vineet was the Founding Pro Vice Chancellor of the University from 2014 to August, 2017. Vineet continues to play an active role to help build different aspects of the institution. Ashoka University is a philanthropic initiative founded by eminent business leaders and scholars and offers a liberal education at par with the best in the world. Ashoka has been hailed as one of the most exciting initiatives in higher education in India today.

Chief Business Development Officer, FineTune Learning
Simmy has been in the education industry for 30 years. In 1991 he founded Discourse Technologies, the first technology-based classroom formative assessment system. When the company was acquired by ETS, he joined as Senior Director of Business Innovation, focusing on international markets. He was the VP of Corporate Development at ProExam and the VP of ACT International for three years. He led ACT’s sponsorship of the Annual IC3 Conference, where he also presented in 2018 and 2019. He joined Finetune Learning as Chief Business Development Officer in August 2020. Simmy holds a BA (Honors) degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa and is a graduate of the Kellogg Management Institute at Northwestern University.
Rajika Bhandari, PhD

Rajika Bhandari, Ph.D., is the President and CEO of the IC3 Institute, leading the Institute’s work in the U.S., India, and globally. Prior to joining IC3, Dr. Bhandari served for over a decade in senior roles with the Institute of International Education (IIE), where she shaped and led IIE’s global and groundbreaking research and impact studies focused on academic mobility, including the flagship Open Doors Report on International Educational Exchange, Project Atlas, and the ongoing ten-year alumni impact study of the Ford Foundation International Fellowships Program. She also led IIE’s Center for Academic Mobility Research and Impact and helped shape IIE’s thought leadership strategy in the U.S. and globally. Her other roles include ones at MPR Associates (now part of the Research Triangle Institute); at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill; and serving as an Adjunct Professor at Teachers College, Columbia University.
A global expert in international higher education, Dr. Bhandari is a frequent speaker and writer, has authored six books and numerous book chapters and reports, and has written for the Guardian, Times Higher Ed, the Huff Post, the Chronicle of Higher Education, and University World News, with her work covered by NPR, PRI International, the BBC, the Wall Street Journal, the New York Times, Quartz, Time, Times of India, and the Hindustan Times. In recognition of her contributions to international education, Dr. Bhandari has served on the U.S. National Commission for UNESCO and was one of 100 recipients worldwide to be awarded an IIE Centennial Medal in 2019, marking the Institute's 100th anniversary. A product of global student mobility herself, she holds a B.A. (Honours) in Psychology from the University of Delhi in India and a Ph.D. in Psychology from North Carolina State University.

Manasi Rajan is an educational consultant with almost a decade of experience working with several stakeholders in the school ecosystem. Her work at Muktangan, Kotak Education Foundation, India School Leadership Institute and Dasra has focused on developing school curricula, building capacity among schoolteachers and principals, and helping non-profit leaders to scale the impact of programs in the education sector. Manasi believes in creating impact through robust, sustainable programs that empower individuals to drive change in their communities.
