This program is designed to deepen the understanding of the school leadership on college and career counseling in schools, to identify both the vision and the strategy in which school leaders can build and nurture the practice of career and college counseling, making this function structured, well-supported and geared to achieve desirable outcomes.

There are no assignments/ assessments, or projects in this course. There will be live experiential activities/ worksheets for participants to complete in the course of the program. The purpose is to design a suitable counseling practice and further develop the existing framework.

It lasts for 18 hours over three days. Participants are expected to attend the three-day program in person at a partner university campus.

The program is offered at no cost to high school leaders.

Yes, a certificate of participation from the IC3 Institute will be awarded to the school leaders who complete the program

Yes, participants are required to live on campus for the duration of the program. The program's core is peer learning, interaction, and community building.

For the three days of the program, the host university will provide on-campus accommodation to the participating school leaders. In some cases, they may arrange for hotel accommodation on a twin-sharing basis.

The host university takes care of accommodation and meals during the three days of the program. The travel cost is to be borne by the applicant or the school.
