She has closely witnessed the evolving trends in education and career choices. Her heart lies in service and is passionate about nurturing and shaping future talent. Neha is a Post Graduate of International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi. In her current role at the IC3 Institute, Neha is responsible for enhancing, operationalizing, and executing the IC3 Institute's overall vision and strategy.

Krithika Balaji

Assistant Director — Academics

Krithika Balaji is an educator based in Mumbai, Maharashtra. She has been working in the education landscape for the last six years. She chose her career path based on personal experiences in figuring out which career path would best fit her while not knowing how to navigate the process. This inspired her to learn more about a personalized and systematic approach to career education. She has a major in Business Studies and a minor in Psychology from the Symbiosis School for Liberal Arts. She pioneered the Career Cell and International office at the university, an experience that strengthened her belief to pursue a full-time career in counseling. She has previously worked in a global startup and led a team that implemented solutions in 50+ schools, trained 200+ teachers, and impacted 15,000 students. She specializes in Solution Design, Training, Marketing, Business Development, Product/ Content Development, and Recruitment.

Dhwani Dodeja

Academic Manager, IC3 Institute

Ms. Dhwani Dodeja is a passionate school psychologist who divides her time between counseling, training, consulting & exploring new horizons. She delivers cognitive behavioral with an Eclectic approach to children, adolescents & their parents with a wide range of emotional, behavioral, career & adjustment problems such as anxiety, stress, depression, suicide & relationship problems. Ms. Dhwani has completed her Master's in Clinical Psychology in May 2009. She has also completed Special Certification in Learning Disabilities & Level 1 of Hypnotherapy from the California Hypnosis Institute of India. She has also completed the IC3 Career Counseling Flagship Program in order to guide students, parents, and teachers. She finds it gratifying to reach out to all those who need help and guidance through which she attains a sense of fulfillment.

Anupama Dixit

Being born and brought up in a family of army officers, Anupama had the opportunity to travel and explore various cities and cultures of our Indian subcontinent, this gave her the ability to be multicultural and flexible to glide across various realms of people with diversities and being a native of Varanasi the inflection of religious learning created a strong connect with spirituality and simplicity. Since she started working in the corporate world, her work took her to places across different regions, across India and abroad, and about time she thought to settle and create her base in Chandigarh. Anupama holds a P.G Diploma in "Human Resource Management" from Symbiosis Pune and another P.G. Diploma in "Distance Education" from IGNOU. She has always been passionate about the practices and the changing trends of the education industry. Also, she has been drawn to look into bringing solutions to the problems through technological innovation through process enhancements and detailed optimization of a process through the formulation of SOP. During 12 years of her professional journey she has worked in various domains of industry like Bharti Airtel Ltd and with multiple levels of educators like Ashoka University, Asia School of Business Kuala Lumpur, and ISB Mohali.

Shalaka Kadam

Shalaka holds a Masters degree in Clinical Psychology and is also trained as a Graphologist, NLP Practitioner and Career Counselor. With a personal interest in the social sector and with a purpose to support & touch the lives of people had experience working with Non-Government Organizations (NGOs) for the last 16 years. Passionate about working with youth, education programs and leading customized workshops for parents/women and youth. A strong believer in a positive attitude, honesty, compassion, and persistence.

Preeti Agrawal

Preeti Agrawal works as a Program Manager at IC3. Born in Jharkhand, she has experienced a lot of places in India since childhood. She has completed her schooling in Nagpur. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the West Bengal University of Technology. She has worked with corporates like Emeritus, NMIMS, Aakash Institute, and ICICI Bank. Beyond work, she enjoys activities like gyming, playing carrom, cooking, and watching movies. Helping learners and innovative thinking are other areas that she is passionate about.

Akash Nigam

Lead - Fundraising and Partnerships, IC3 Institute

Akash has an overall four years of experience in the education sector. Working closely with tribal farmers of his hometown to build market linkages led him to pursue a Bachelor’s at Azim Premji University; the liberal studies program strengthened his academic understanding of social work. Akash has since worked in program management, growth, and M&E. He channels his bias for action into being a constant learner-practitioner of the academic and implementable systems of social change. He completed his post-graduate diploma in Development Leadership from the Indian School of Development Management and aligned with strategic initiatives that catalyze systemic change in the education sector.

Vaishnavi is a creative graphic designer with a talent for developing unique custom artwork. Deadline-driven, resourceful, and hardworking, she has an innovative approach to idea and concept development. She has expertise in overseeing individual projects and brand development collections for the past six years. She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts from Ruia College, Mumbai, and a diploma in graphic designing and 2d animation from MAAC. She has also completed certifications in design thinking, digital marketing, and Ui design. She has worked in different capacities in advertising agencies, event management companies, digital marketing agencies, and multinational organizations.
